Price

All prices listed on this site are correct at the time of publication, quoted in euros, and include VAT. The price does not include shipping to the customer. This is an additional cost, unless otherwise indicated.

Secure payment

Our site offers simple and secure payment systems.
The customer can pay via:

• MasterCard
• Apple Pay

NB If you would like an invoice, please request it in the notes when ordering. It will not be possible to issue it after shipping.

Shipping

For Italy, shipping is via Poste Italiane express courier.
Shipping costs are:
- €7 for orders up to €49.90
- Free for orders over €49.91
We will do our best to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving payment, unless stock is unavailable. Courier delivery generally takes 24-48 hours (delivery times for some remote locations and smaller islands may be longer).

Always provide the correct address and a telephone number where the courier can contact you. Check that packages arrive undamaged. If so, write "accepted with reservation" on the delivery note. Only then will we be able to request a refund for the damaged goods.


Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999, you have the right to cancel your entire order in writing within ten days of receipt and receive a full refund. The cost of returning the products will be borne by the customer.
To exercise this right, you must send us written notification within 14 days of receiving the goods to the following address:

- Indicating:

1. a) the order number
2. b) the description and quantity of the returned products, in the event of partial withdrawal
3. c) Your bank details to make the refund

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your chosen products, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund, as long as the products are complete, in perfect condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. The cost of returning the products will be charged to the customer. An additional charge (our standard shipping rates will apply) will be applied to send the new products in the event of an exchange.

Some products are excluded from our return policy for health and hygiene reasons. These products can only be returned, in accordance with your legal rights, if the packaging's security seal has not been broken.

In the event that an error occurs during the processing of your order, we will make every effort to correct the error promptly.
